In celebrating Juneteenth with a ceremony to install a marker on Concord civil rights activist Ellen G.J. Clark’s gravesite in Altadena, California Senator Anthony J. Portantino (25th District) awarded this Certificate of Appreciation to The Robbins House as a testament for “dedication to expanding awareness and understanding of the important contributions of historically significant African Americans in society.”
